Shipping costs and times
Once the order is ready, the standard shipping times and prices are:
- Peninsula: €5.50 (1-2 working days)
- Balearic Islands: €11.50 (5 working days)
- Europe: €21.15 (7-14 business days)
- The collection point is free.
For orders of €150 or more, shipping costs are free.

Production time
The manufacture and shipping of the order can take between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on the volume of work. Shipping times may vary during high demand dates.
Write to us if you need to receive your order by a specific date and we will do everything possible to ensure it arrives on time.
Exchanges and returns
Our items are made for you, therefore, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there has been an error or defect in any of your products, you have 15 calendar days to return them.
We will reimburse you for the cost of the product and shipping.
- The order must be returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered and with the labels attached.
- Returns will not be accepted if the items show signs of having been used or washed.
