Our reusable menstrual pads are lovingly handmade in Lleida. Made of soft cotton fabric and micro corduroy, these pads are a beautiful and sustainable alternative to disposable pads. Natural fabrics provide more absorbency and comfort without the use of harmful chemicals. The micro corduroy avoids skin irritation and absorbs liquids swiftly. These pads can be used for periods, light incontinence or as a panty liner.

We have 3 different sizes, depending on your needs:

MINI: 17 cm
MIDI: 21 cm
PLUS: 24 cm

How to wear your reusable pad:

Place the pad centered in your undies.
Wrap the wings around the crotch and snap it closed.
Change as needed, at least every 12 hours.

How many pads do I need?

You know your body (and your period) best but the average person uses between 10 and 15 pads per period. If in doubt, try starting with:

2 MIDI pads per bleeding day
1 PLUS pad night of bleeding
1 MINI pad per light flow day

Soak in cold water to prevent staining.
Machine wash cold (hot water locks in stains).
Line dry in the shade.

Tips when washing reusable pads:

Once soaked, use our bar of soap before putting the pad in the washer.
After washing, allow the pad to dry thoroughly (inside and out) before folding & storing.
Use the Portes Endins laundry soap or any other natural detergent.
Do not use detergents with fabric softeners, whiteners and/or brighteners.
